5* Amazingly knowledgeable – really went the extra mile to listen to my needs and ensure they were met. The fitting of my chair was meticulous and I was also advised of a laptop stand that matched the height of my monitor. On receiving my new chair it was fitted to my shape and I am surprised how much of a difference it is making to my posture and the back support the chair gives. I wish I had done this years ago….Cannot recommend highly enough……

5* I cannot recommend the service from ‘Total Back Care’ highly enough. The chair that they supplied and the way that he adjusted and fitted it to my needs was with so much care and attention to detail. I could have cried when I sat in the chair and felt it supporting me in all the right places.

5* A very informal and friendly service which allowed me to ask plenty of questions and receive lots of information. Jessica, an ergonomics specialist, understood the issues I was having and offered a variety of solutions that I was asked to try. There was no pressure to buy and later I was emailed a complete report of suitable products along with prices.

5* Quality service I can recommend. I recently got a new standing desk from Total Back Care. I’ve used them before for instance, buying a suitable office chair ( I have chronic back problems). You get the complete package – help with selection, deliver, fitting and adjustment. Dr Rob and Jessica are pleasant and highly knowledgeable individuals who offer sound advice. It’s a quality service!
