To All Students!- By Jessica Poole

Being a recent student myself (I graduated from Loughborough University last year), I know that University can be challenging in its own way. If you are starting University in 2016 or are currently there, take note that you may qualify for Disabled Student Allowance (DSA). This may be for any related back condition, or you feel that you will not be able to do your studies without aid.
Here at the Centre I see lots of students with many back related medical conditions. I predominately look at finding a suitable chair that suits their condition, and potentially a sit stand desk (these are both used mainly in student halls/houses.) Other items such as ergonomic mice and keyboards may also be looked at.
So with this in mind, please do not struggle at University. Make sure you get the help that you need.
