Back pain can affect anyone, anywhere, and it is not just sitting in an office environment which can cause this. Have you ever felt pain (lower back, upper back) whilst driving? Do you sit in your car for a long period of time?

Please drive your car down to our Centre, and we can look at your sitting posture, and consult you on what can be changed to make improvements. We will look at both the set up of your car (back seat angle, steering wheel reach etc) and incorporating ergonomic wedges/back supports.  A small fee of £10.00 is required for us to carry out a car assessment.

I am the main car assessor here at the Centre, so please come and visit and I will sort you out!
